INTERNET PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES

Once you have your web site designed and hosted, you need to be able to be found on the Internet by the search engines and directories. This is a multi-step process accomplished by:

1. Determining which keyword phrases and words will be most effective at driving traffic to your site.
2. Analysis of the top ranked sites on the search engines.
3. Using this information make modifications and enhancements to your site to emphasize your keyword phrases.
4. Submitting your optimized site to the search engines and directories.
5. Repeat on a regular basis to continue improving or maintain your ranking.

Just a couple of years ago almost all of these search engines and directories offered free submission. Well with the bursting of the Internet bubble all of the top search engine now charge to be included in a reasonable time frame. With the rapid growth of the Internet getting a high ranking is harder than ever. This is where LT consulting can play a major role in getting you the highest possible ranking for your site. Depending on your budget we can develop a web promotion campaign that can provide the additional traffic these search engines can provide. We offer three different packages that should be considered when developing a presence on the Internet. We also advise you regarding what you need to ask for from those you advertise with to improve your search engine ranking

Get Searched! $300

This is the basic package. It is intended to get you started and listed on the major search engines like Google.

• Review with you to determine the keyword phrases and words to emphasize (Max. Four).
• Work these keywords into your home page.
• Manual submission of homepage to the biggest search engines/directories. (non fee based)
• Manual submission of your website to Google (non fee based).
• Follow up regarding Google: 2 months after we submit you to Google, we check to see if you have been accepted. If not, we help you take the next step to get your website in this important directory.
• If we host your site we will include a review of your site's traffic from the search engines.

Pay for Performance Pro $1500

This package expands on the basic package and refines the submissions to search engines and directories. We target more important resources like: Looksmart, LYCOS, Inktomi, and Open Directory Project. We analyze your entire site to determine what title, keyword and description changes need to be made to improve your rankings. We provide you with the necessary changes so you can have your website updated to improve web crawler performance. Once these changes have been made to your site, we begin the submission process. The initial subscription fees to improve ranking for these resources and the time spent enrolling are included in the price. This package can dramatically increase your search engine performance. We Provide you a report after 3 months showing your ranking in the search engines/directories. Please note: The resources we use vary by customer. The Get Searched! Service is included with Pay For Performance Pro.

Pay for Performance Expert $2800

This package involves everything in the Pro package above, and more! I We spend more time creating baseline reports, progress reports and follow up reports for up to a year. We also spend more time working on your website (Note: this plan is most effective when we host and maintain the website). This plan includes ongoing analysis and pro-active work on your overall web-presence. This means we go ahead and do things we think will increase traffic, and report it to you quarterly for one year. This is a highly customized plan that monitors and provides support for improving and keeping your high rankings in popular search engines and directories. The Get Searched! Service is included with Pay For Performance Expert. If you have a monthly Internet budget we can assist you in setting up a Pay Per Click (PPC) campaign with Google, Looksmart or Overture (Yahoo). (Additional hourly charges will apply if we administrate these campaigns for you.)

This plan also includes the following:

• Everything in the Pay For Performance Pro Package
• Creating base line reports and site analysis for one year
• Research into effective title, description, and keywords for your website
• Submission to top fee-based directories like Yahoo(Fees not included)
• Research and submission to your local resource website's (non-fee based)

Note: Fees are based on costs as of 6/30/2006. In the event that fees from third parties increase suddenly, LT Consulting reserves the right to decline submission to a site until the current fee has been paid in full by the client.

Responsibilities and Conditions (Web Promotion)
Please review the below responsibilities and conditions, as understanding these will answer most questions, resolve many misunderstandings and prevent unnecessary billings.

• A 50% deposit is required plus any CPC and sign up fees with balance due upon completion of submissions to search engines/directories.
• There is no guarantee, expressed or inferred, that work provided under the Get Searched! Service will result in specific positional increases on specific search engines and directories. However, based on current methods of submission, and the specialized software and expertise we have gathered, the client will likely experience a definite and often dramatic improvement of their site listing in the ranks of many major and minor search engines and directories.
• When fees are paid to specific search engines/directories for quick listing usually results in higher positioning. This practice is possible in some cases and is provided as part of the Pay for Performance options.
• Submissions are done once unless otherwise noted. Some search engines still accept auto resubmitting of pages but this practice is becoming less common and in some cases it is penalized. If site is currently listed, but is not highly ranked we will make every effort to update the listing to improve its ranking instead of submission.
